U got WiFi?
Duh. We’re surfing the NBN. Details provided upon rental.

U got parking?
Not really. To drop stuff off, there’s a cheeky 5min park right outside the front doors, free 15min zones on Liverpool st, and other loading zones very nearby. Otherwise there are several all-day parking garages nearby too.

What’s access like?
We’re on the 9th floor, with twin lifts servicing the building. They’re not huge though, so speak to the studio manager if you’re unsure.

What are the start times?
Generally, bookings start at 9am or 1pm on a weekday, or 10am and 2pm on a weekend. Leisurely.

Can we come in earlier or have extra time?
Please check with the studio manager. We start billing overtime at 15mins past the hour, and it’s $65 per hour. We like to run a tight ship.

What to do with my rubbish?
Take it with you. There is a small bin in the studio - any bags left in addition we can deal with for $10 a bag.

Privacy?
The studio is private and lockable.

Noise?
We’re located in a larger building full of creatives doing all manner of work, so please keep noise to a respectable level.

Terms and Conditions

Bookings
Your booking is held once you receive the initial confirmation email, with a 50% deposit due upon receipt of the invoice. The total hire fee is due 3 working days before your booking date. No bookings will proceed without the confirmation email and deposit.

Cancellation/change fees
Cancellations made less than 3 working days before the start time of a booking will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time of a booking with incur a 100% cancellation fee. These fees include changes to your bookings, for example rescheduling the booking date.  

Liability
You must have public liability insurance.

Studio Overtime
If you run overtime, additional hours are charged at a rate of $65 per hour, starting 15 minutes past the hour.

Early Starts
Early starts will be charged $65 per hour as overtime. For example, if you’re booking a full-day and wish to start at 8am, you will be charged the $65 overtime and your hire will be from 8am-5pm.

Cleaning
The studio is to be left in the same manner it is found. If the studios are left in a messy condition, a minimum $55 cleaning fee applies. If you sully the cyclorama and it needs a repaint, the fee is $100.

Damage
Any damage incurred will be billed directly to the hire client.
